Job Title: Testing Electrician

Fortus Recruitment Group Limited is seeking a skilled Testing Electrician to join our team. As a Testing Electrician, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance, repairs, servicing, inspecting, and testing in a domestic setting.

Main Duties:
  • Carry out electrical maintenance, repairs, servicing, inspecting, and testing
  • Diagnose and rectify faults
  • Carry out electrical remedial works
  • Undertake new electrical inspections
  • Action reactive electrical works
  • Complete emergency lighting inspections and repairs
  • Carry out company works as required and to desired standards
  • Provide the highest level of customer care and always promote a good external perception of the company
  • Comply with company procedures and policies to ensure smooth delivery of our service
  • Produce reporting on time and to agreed standards
  • Adhere to the company's quality management system and recycle correctly and responsibly
Requirements:
  • UK Driving Licence (required)
  • Experience in electrical repair, maintenance, servicing & installations, preferably within the public sector
  • A sound knowledge of tools, equipment & materials common to the Electrical Trade
  • Current Trade Qualifications
  • Good communication skills, both verbal & written
  • The ability to interpret schematics and electrical drawings
