Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough electrical inspections and testing to identify potential hazards and defects.
  • Perform electrical repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure safe and efficient operation of electrical systems.
  • Diagnose and rectify electrical faults in a timely and professional manner.
  • Carry out electrical remedial works to bring electrical systems up to code.
  • Undertake new electrical inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Action reactive electrical works to address emergency situations.
  • Complete emergency lighting inspections and repairs to ensure safe egress.
  • Perform company works as required, adhering to industry standards and company policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and promote a positive company image.
  • Comply with company procedures and policies to ensure smooth delivery of services.
  • Produce timely and accurate reporting to meet client expectations.
  • Adhere to the company's quality management system and ensure responsible waste disposal.

Requirements:

  • UK Driving Licence (required)
  • Experience in electrical repair, maintenance, and installations, preferably in the public sector.
  • A sound knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials common to the Electrical Trade.
  • Current Trade Qualifications.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to interpret schematics and electrical drawings.
