Job Title: Sessional Care Worker

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualized support to children with complex needs, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans, promoting independence and empowering children to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality short breaks to children with disabilities and complex needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote independence and empowerment
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to children and their families
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a safe and inclusive environment
Requirements:
