About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Acceleration Manager to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. As a key member of our digital commerce team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing best-in-class online execution across given retailers, accelerating online sales, and increasing the delta between online and in-store sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement search strategies to improve organic search rankings for high-frequency search terms.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to identify and share commercial opportunities to influence share of search.
  • Manage external agencies for search optimization within given retailers.
  • Monitor campaign performance and drive continual optimization while delivering key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Brief marketing on best-in-class eComm assets required for retailers.
  • Ensure compliance to content and review standards using assets and materials.
  • Identify content gaps and opportunities across SEO and ecommerce, leveraging internal tools to improve conversion.
  • Develop and implement online search trade plans for retailers, including cross-category partnerships and online-only promotions.
  • Inform online media investment choices by shopper teams through recommendations with business cases.
What You'll Need
  • Proven experience in ecommerce acceleration and online sales growth.
  • Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM).
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
