About Us

The Job Guru is dedicated to fostering a society that actively dismantles communication barriers for those who are deaf or hard of hearing.

We support a diverse range of individuals, including both adults and children, who may have been born deaf, experienced hearing loss later in life, or are navigating the challenges of hearing impairment.

Our offerings encompass communication assistance, support for children and their families, provision of listening devices, hearing aid clinics, home assessments, lip-reading classes, and a variety of social activities aimed at reducing isolation.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist the CEO in overseeing the charity's administrative functions, including organizing and documenting board meetings and processing invoices.
  • Manage the CEO's calendar and scheduling needs.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and protocols for the organization.
  • Support the CEO in event planning and coordination.
  • Perform any additional tasks necessary to facilitate the effective management of the charity.


Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • A willingness to take initiative and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
