Job Summary:

TECHOHANA is seeking a skilled Salesforce Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a Salesforce QA Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop Test Plans: Create comprehensive test plans and scripts for Salesforce applications to ensure the highest quality standards.
  • Conduct Thorough Testing: Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solutions.
  • Automate QA Processes: Automate repetitive tasks to streamline the QA process and improve efficiency.
  • Provide Detailed Reports: Provide detailed reports and feedback to enhance system functionality and user satisfaction.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Salesforce Updates: Stay current with the latest Salesforce updates and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce QA Engineer or similar role.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning.
  • Skills: Proficiency in QA methodologies, test automation tools, and scripting languages (e.g., Selenium, Apex).
  • Certifications: Salesforce certifications (Administrator, App Builder, etc.) are a plus.
