Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Material Support Graduate. As a key member of our Airbus Operations Limited team, you will be responsible for maintaining an operational focus and oversight of all material aspects related to maintenance and technical issues on the UK customers A400M fleet worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an operational focus and oversight of all material aspects related to maintenance and technical issues on the UK customers A400M fleet worldwide.
- Provide expert advice and assistance to the Atlas Team during the management and recovery of AOG aircraft worldwide, including participating in telephone conference calls.
- Follow up all external shipments and ensure no backlog is generated (items pending AWB, pending MRN, pending collection).
- Provide SAP and process support for all warehouse staff in Material Support.
- Perform periodical analysis to secure proper stock management and data cleaning, including shelf life, maintenance tasks, completeness of intermediate steps, and SAP bugs.
Development Journey
Your development journey will include a minimum of one rotational placement to support your growth into this position. At the end of the two-year development programme, you will have developed into the position of Material Support.
Requirements
- Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and project management software would be beneficial.
- Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English).
