We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Assistant & Administrator to join our team at RecruitUk Ltd. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily schedules and appointments of our financial advisers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the daily schedules and appointments of the financial advisers.
- Schedule meetings, events, and appointments.
- Ensure all appointments and commitments are met and prepare necessary documentation for meetings.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communication related to diary management and professional connections.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
- Assist in planning and executing company events and functions, if needed.
