About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Signature Senior Lifestyle. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents and leading a team of dedicated care professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the day-to-day running of a defined area of the home, making care decisions and providing leadership to the care team.
  • Provide personal care to residents, manage routine medication, and supervise the care team when delivering this.
  • Act as a named nurse for individual residents, focusing on their needs assessments and personal care plans, reviewing these bi-monthly and developing strong relationships with each resident.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation, and act as a role model for all staff, mentoring the care services team and sharing specialist knowledge to ensure the highest standards of care.
Requirements
  • Active NMC registration
  • Awareness of CQC regulations
  • Working knowledge of health & safety and COSHH regulations
  • Post-registration qualifications
