About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at Signature Senior Lifestyle Limited, you will be responsible for the management of a defined area of the care home, with the authority and accountability to make informed care decisions. You will be coordinating the day-to-day operations of your care area, providing personalized care to residents, leadership and guidance to the care team, managing monthly routine medication, and supervising the care team when delivering this. You will also respond to any and all emergency situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day running of your care area, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
- Provide personalized care to residents, including assessments and care planning.
- Lead and guide the care team, providing leadership and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
- Manage monthly routine medication, ensuring accurate and timely administration.
- Supervise the care team when delivering medication, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Respond to emergency situations, providing prompt and effective care.
