Job Description:

Our client is a leading creative agency specializing in commercial and retail design, manufacturing, and installation services for prominent sports and luxury brands.

The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to plan and deliver multiple projects to a high standard, focusing on ensuring that retail stores meet and exceed client expectations. The ideal candidate will have a combination of excellent client relationship management skills and the ability to understand and deliver client objectives on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for project delivery within multiple retail stores, managing communications and expectations with external project teams and internal departments.
  2. Attend meetings related to site scoping, store design, graphics, manufacturing, logistics, and installations as required for each project.
  3. Translate client briefs into accurate, achievable delivery plans.
  4. Contribute to project cost estimations at design stages.
  5. Define and manage scheduling of all RAMs and project-specific activities in line with deadlines derived from programme requirements.
  6. Responsible for accuracy in the maintenance of business operational system data (ERP system and BI tools).
  7. Frequent liaison with internal teams to ensure on-schedule fulfillment of all requisite fixtures, fittings, and components.
  8. Produce and maintain site-derived reporting.
  9. Ensure that learnings from site are captured and fed back to the appropriate teams by arranging and orchestrating post-project feedback meetings.
  10. Adhere to all company principles and policies and serve as a role model for best-practice ways of working and professional conduct.
Position Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a project/site manager in the shopfitting or fitout sectors.
  • Proficient in using MS365 (Outlook, Excel, etc.), ERP systems (Orderwise, Business Central, etc.), and BI Systems (e.g., Airtable).
  • Experience communicating with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Travel to suit project-driven milestones and locations. Full driving license required.
