About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Caring for Communities and People. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to vulnerable individuals, empowering them to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered support to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual support plans.
  • Monitor and report on service user progress, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience working with vulnerable adults or children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid DBS check.
