Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Account Support Officer. As a key member of our Customer Services department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our billing system and CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all system tables and parameters to ensure configuration is valid and accurate.
  • Accurately bill customers and post cash using the overnight batch function, including balancing and reporting of core system updates.
  • Identify billing errors and implement preventative actions to improve efficiency and customer perception.
  • Support Customer Services daily by responding to customer inquiries regarding the billing system and My Account.
  • Work with all members of the Business Intelligence and Customer Services teams to ensure seamless collaboration and support throughout the improvement and implementation process.
  • Ensure all work complies with regulatory and industry standards and that developments and recommendations align with the company strategy.
  • Maintain a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of Customer Service work practices and policies to provide advice and support to colleagues.

Requirements:

  • A full understanding of both the billing system and CRM.
  • Solid general IT skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel.
