We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in a small, all-boys school in Exeter.
Key Responsibilities- Support students across Key Stage 2 to 4, focusing on both academic and emotional well-being.
- Work closely with the classroom teacher to develop and implement individualized learning plans.
- Provide a stable and supportive presence for students who may have experienced trauma or have complex needs.
