About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Horizon Care and Education. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young people in our care, helping them to develop the skills and confidence they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support young people with daily routines, including morning preparations and evening relaxation
  • Encourage and facilitate hobbies, social activities, and friendships
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to help young people reach their potential
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver relationship-based, person-centred care
