About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Childcare Worker to join our team at Newlands. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to vulnerable young people aged 7-18 with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties (SEMH).

Key Responsibilities

  • Support young people to appointments and activities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Complete relevant paperwork and documentation to ensure accurate records.
  • Undertake household tasks and maintain a safe and clean living environment.
  • Engage young people in tasks and activities, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.

What We Offer
