About the Role

As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and nurturing environment for our residents, aged 7-18.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support young people to appointments and activities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Complete relevant paperwork and maintain accurate records.
  • Undertake household tasks, ensuring a clean and comfortable living space.
  • Engage our young people in tasks and activities, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
