Position: Associate Technical Service Engineer

Location: Full-time shift role

As an Associate Technical Service Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless operation of customer services. You will engage in monitoring, investigating, and diagnosing technical challenges faced by our clients throughout the region. This role requires collaboration within a team dedicated to managing a substantial array of network devices, servers, and applications, adhering to established processes and protocols on a continuous basis. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you for success.

The Operations Centre oversees services for a diverse clientele, offering support across various technologies. Our engineering shift teams consist of high-achieving professionals who are both approachable and customer-oriented.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Background in an IT Support environment.
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to listen empathetically and persuade effectively.
  • Proactive in identifying and resolving potential issues.
  • Professional representation of the company to stakeholders.
