We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Brighton on a permanent basis. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our portfolio facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere to client change control and management processes
  • Provide quality management information and reporting to CBRE and the client
  • Ensure health and safety and work permit systems are in place
  • Manage and administer reporting effectively
  • Manage sub-contractors and CBRE personnel
  • Provide engineering technical support to technicians
  • Assist with critical service switching for isolations and processes
  • Contribute positively and lead by example
  • Surveillance of building systems and operating parameters
  • Surveillance of all engineering-related works
  • Delegated oversight of sub-contractor working
  • Provision of safe operational programme documentation
  • Ensure correct escalation process is followed
  • Deliver high-quality PPM and reactive works to meet SLA
  • Provide regular engineering performance reviews
