About the Role:

The Lead Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for planning and executing external in-process and final inspections of various products, including Industrial Motors, Gearboxes, Machined Components, and Castings. This role will also involve guiding, mentoring, and leading a team of skilled personnel operating internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:
