Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Estates Manager in ensuring the upkeep of the academy's facilities, including minor repairs and refurbishments.
  • Provide porterage services and support the wider Estates Team with general maintenance duties.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of the academy's facilities.
  • Support the Estates Manager in maintaining accurate records and reports.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A flexible approach to working hours and duties.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good DIY skills and knowledge of Health & Safety.
  • Basic IT skills and an understanding of safeguarding.
