The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Experience Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales support team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing sales support to our sales team, including preparation of quotations and tender responses.
- Executing marketing and events initiatives to promote our brand and image in the market.
- Creating a premium experience for visitors and team members in our spaces.
- Supporting the sales team in diary management and serving as a local Brand Ambassador.
- Executing local events, including space booking, catering, entertainment, and event announcements.
- Maintaining our showroom to meet regional brand standards.
- Providing a premium experience for all visitors and Haworth members in the space.
- Liaising with café operators and caterers to deliver brand-aligned service excellence.
- Prospecting the market to identify potential customers for hushoffice and providing sales team with results.
- Liaising with sales team to ensure sales opportunities in ERP include up-to-date information for key customers, influencers, and local media contacts.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to multi-task with a high level of proficiency and autonomy.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A warm and welcoming hospitality attitude.
- A diploma in Business Administration or marketing/design/advertising or equivalent desired.
- Experience in hospitality, event planning, marketing preferred.
- Sales support experience desirable.
