About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and confident individual to join our Sales Team in Glasgow as a Sales Consultant. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone to discuss how we can enhance their digital lives and recommend the right products for them.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on EE's products and services to customers, ensuring they are aware of the benefits and features.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we are offering the best solutions to our customers.
