The Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of national and international clients and will demonstrate a global mindset and cross-cultural competence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop an in depth understanding of client and customer goals, developing the ability to anticipate needs Pro-actively service, support, and provide customers with improvement opportunities to increase income, maximise attrition and meet Company strategic objectives. Assist in the implementation of new customers and develop relationships that reflect positively on the Company. Assisting with new business implementations and sales department Adept at navigating complex business needs and effectively driving growth Awareness of cultural differences, with an ability to adapt style as required across our global footprint. Manage account Management Reviews, including Account development and improvement plans Responsible for contract and service level agreement creation, fee reviews & monitoring of performance Develop and provide data analysis and reporting Facilitate and manage product demonstrations Manage and update information in any client database the company may apply Review and propose updates to the travel policy, including consultation and compliance monitoring Matrix management, connecting the customer and Travel at all levels within each business Manage attrition in line with the business KPIs Attending events on behalf of the company Commitment to continual personal development, ensuring market, industry, and competitor knowledge is exemplary.
Candidate Requirements
Essential
Degree level educated in related discipline or equivalent experience in account management Extensive experience in account management, preferably with global or multi-national customers Extensive experience working with senior level decision makers Demonstrable experience in project management Excellent interpersonal skills Strong analytical skills with an ability to process complex information Strategic thinker Extensive experience with MS office packages.The role offers the opportunity for Hybrid working and is dependent on commercial demands
