About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Manager to join our team at SearchCo Ltd. As a key member of our commercial department, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of our large new-build projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Issuing sub-contract tender packages and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Attending post tender and pre-contract meetings to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Reviewing contract documents to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Managing and maintaining relationships with our established supply chain sub-contractors
  • Assessing contract risk and providing recommendations to the project team
