Job Summary:

The Strategic Talent Development Partner will play a pivotal role in the strategic planning and implementation of talent identification, assessment, and development approaches that align with the strategic objectives of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Development:
    • Identify skills gaps within the talent population and work with leaders to implement individual development plans.
    • Prepare and present reports on talent metrics to senior leadership.
    • Design and implement talent development programs that address current and future business needs.
    • Monitor the effectiveness of talent programs and adapt as necessary.
  • Succession Planning:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive succession planning strategy for a standardized approach across the organization.
    • Identify and assess high-potential employees and critical roles within the organization.
    • Align succession planning initiatives with the organization's strategic objectives and workforce planning needs.
  • Performance Development:
    • Oversee the continuous improvement of the performance development cycle, ensuring it is aligned with strategic objectives and people strategy ambitions.
    • Lead on communication strategy, developing guidance and issuing reports to businesses.
  • Leadership Curriculum:
    • Design and implement leadership development programs and initiatives in line with our leadership behaviors framework.
  • General:
    • Engage with wider HR, department heads, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach to all initiatives.
