Talent Development StrategistWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Development Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our talent strategy and driving the development of our workforce. You will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative learning and development programs that support our business objectives and enhance employee performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent development strategy aligned with the company's strategic goals.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate learning and development programs across all levels of the organization.
- Identify training needs and develop customized solutions to address specific skill gaps.
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to inform talent development initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in talent management.
- Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure effective implementation and delivery of training programs.
- Measure the impact of learning and development programs on employee performance and business outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering learning and development programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
