Your Role

As a Marketing and Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving effective marketing initiatives within our regional operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and implementing compelling marketing strategies for our developments.
  • Coordinating sales area enhancements and improving our online visibility.
  • Collaborating on-site sales tactics and executing quarterly marketing campaigns.
  • Producing engaging marketing materials and managing financial transactions.
  • Monitoring competitor activities and supporting weekend events.

About You

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively.

  • Confidence in utilizing digital marketing tools, including content management systems and email marketing platforms.

Experience in the property sector is advantageous, but comprehensive training and support will be provided.
