Job Title: Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and oversee all marketing activities related to the sales of Shared Ownership and Market Sale tenures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Plan and execute marketing and PR strategies for new build schemes focused on Shared Ownership and Market Sale tenures.
  • Marketing Performance Tracking: Plan and track the performance of all marketing activities, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the team to produce high-quality written content, including blog posts, press releases, brochures, and digital marketing materials.
  • Marketing Budget Management: Monitor and control marketing budgets with associated reporting.
  • Sales Arena Planning: Assist in the planning and execution of sales arenas, working closely with sales colleagues and managing third-party contractors as needed.
  • Advertising Campaigns: Lead advertising campaigns, ensuring legal compliance and timely delivery.
  • Website Content Management: Manage and maintain content for the website, maximizing engagement and performance.
  • Marketing Innovation: Innovate new marketing approaches for our new homes.
  • Media Relations: Produce press releases and case studies, managing the creation of media materials in collaboration with external consultants.
  • Marketing Asset Management: Maintain stock levels of literature and brand assets, managing a structured marketing asset library.
  • Event Promotion: Organize and promote events such as open days and home shows, attending events as required.
  • Social Media Management: Enhance social media presence for maximum visibility and ROI.
  • Marketing Campaign Analysis: Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, shaping future activities based on data-driven insights.
  • Compliance: Stay informed on relevant legislation and ensure compliance across all marketing activities.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Experience managing a property marketing team.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven experience in direct B2C marketing within a new homes sales environment.
  • Sales Arena Planning: Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver sales arenas for new homes.
  • Education: Degree-level education, CIM qualifications, or equivalent experience.
  • Marketing Background: Strong background in organizing promotional events, social media, and digital marketing.
  • Driver's License: Full UK driver's license and access to own car.
