We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Therapy Assistant to join our Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Team in the Emergency Department and Acute Medical wards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support gathering subjective information from patients and relatives about social history.
  • Assist in assessments alongside qualified professionals and deliver care independently as delegated.
  • Treat patients according to set treatment protocols, monitoring patient progress and reporting back to the Physiotherapist/Occupational Therapist.
Requirements
  • Good spoken and written English.
  • Experience working with people with disabilities.
  • Previous experience in the NHS is desirable.
