Reservations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reservations Manager to join our team at Beaverbrook. As a key member of our reservations department, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations, delivering exceptional guest service experiences, and overseeing the pre-arrival process for special guests and VIPs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless and efficient reservations operations, meeting Forbes standards and working towards budgeted targets.
- Deliver high-class guest service experiences, exceeding customer expectations and driving loyalty.
- Oversee and coordinate pre-arrival processes for special guests and VIPs, ensuring personalized and tailored experiences.
- Manage all booking processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Business or hospitality management qualifications advantageous but not essential.
- Experience in Opera Cloud, Res Diary, TNG, and Synxis desired.
- Experience in a 5* luxury hotel in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the luxury market.
- Sales-driven, organized, and efficient, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
