About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reservations Manager to join our team at Beaverbrook. As a key member of our hospitality operations, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations in the reservations department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the pre-arrival process for special guests and VIPs, ensuring all booking processes meet Forbes standards.
- Deliver high-class guest service experiences, providing flawless and professional service to our guests.
- Oversee and coordinate the reservations department, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Work closely with the hotel's management team to achieve budgeted targets and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Business or hospitality management qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
- Experience in Opera Cloud, Res Diary, TNG, and Synxis is desired.
- Experience in a 5* luxury hotel in a similar role.
- Understanding of the luxury market and ability to provide exceptional guest service.
- Sales-driven, organized, and efficient with excellent communication skills.
