Project Overview
Our company is seeking a skilled Mechanical HVAC Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our professional team, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects ranging from £50K to £1M, including Mechanical Heating, Domestic Services, Above Ground Drainage, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Projects.
- Coordinate with specialist subcontractors, plant, and materials suppliers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Organize site labor and liaise with the professional team, including Architects, Consultants, QS, main contractors, and site foremen.
- Prepare monthly valuations and operating & maintenance instructions.
- Markup record drawings and prepare and finalize final accounts.
Requirements
- Hold an ONC/HNC in Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in running/managing HVAC Projects.
- Possessing design capability would be a bonus when involved in Design & Build Projects.
- Be a creative and innovative thinker with a flexible approach.
