Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Contracts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing projects from tender acceptance to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from £50K to £1.5M, including placing orders with subcontractors, plant, and materials, job costing, and preparing programs.
- Organize site labor and liaise with the professional team, including architects, consultants, QS, main contractors, and site foremen.
- Prepare monthly valuations and operating & maintenance instructions.
- Markup record drawings and prepare and finalize final accounts.
- Assist in preparing tenders as required.
Requirements:
- Hold an ONC/HNC in Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in running/managing HVAC Projects.
- Possessing design capability would be a bonus for Design & Build Projects.
- Be a creative and innovative thinker with a flexible approach.
