Job Title: Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Laraveldaily. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and managing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Align business and IT initiatives to drive project success
  • Manage project governance and compliance within the PM Methodology and Development Standards
  • Lead concurrent IT and/or business projects to agreed time, cost, and quality
  • Support IT Service Delivery, Infrastructure, and Support initiatives and projects as required
Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline and a Project Management Qualification (Prince2/PMI/APM/Agile)
  • Strong matrix management skills, particularly in managing technical staff
  • 10+ years IT Project/Programme Management experience, including at least 1 large Software Project implementation
  • Proven experience of managing multiple concurrent projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Proven experience of managing cross-functional teams and utilizing both on and offshore resources
