Care Manager

As a Night Care Manager at Signature Senior Lifestyle, you will be responsible for leading a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care to our residents. Your expertise in care provision will ensure that our residents receive the highest standard of care, while your leadership skills will empower your team to develop and thrive.
Your RoleYou will oversee all aspects of resident care, including assessing new residents' needs, creating and updating care plans, ensuring safe medication management, and identifying additional nursing or dementia needs. You will also be responsible for recruiting and developing a high-performing team, providing ongoing guidance and support, and acting as an advocate for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care to residents
- Assess new residents' needs and create personalized care plans
- Ensure safe medication management and identify additional nursing or dementia needs
- Recruit and develop a high-performing team
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to team members
- Act as an advocate for residents, ensuring their needs are met and their rights are respected
- Competitive salary up to £40,000 per annum plus annual bonus
- Full-time nights position with a shift pattern of 19:15pm till 7:15am
- Up to 30 days annual leave, starting at 25 plus 8 bank holidays depending on length of service
