We are seeking a highly experienced Registered Care Home Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional care for residents with complex needs.
About the Role:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and implementing best practices.
- Provide management and guidance to a dedicated team of care staff, ensuring they receive ongoing training and support to deliver personalized and high-quality care.
- Develop and execute individualized care plans for residents with complex needs, prioritizing their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Nurture positive relationships with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals to create a supportive and inclusive care environment.
- Manage the care home budget, optimizing resource allocation while maintaining exceptional care standards.
- Level 5 in Health and Social Care (Management)
- Proven track record as a Care Home Manager, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of complex care requirements.
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse care team.
- Steadfast commitment to advocating diversity, equality, and inclusion within the care home setting.
- Thorough understanding of regulatory mandates and best practices in care home management.
