Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Processing: Prepare end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
  • Payroll Compliance: Apply payroll laws, regulations, and tax requirements globally, ensuring our payroll processes are compliant.
  • Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement within the payroll team and implement best practices to enhance efficiency, data integrity, and accuracy.
  • Analytical Skills: Provide analytical skills by catching and escalating complex payroll issues and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate and implement payroll-related changes, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Global Payroll Management Institute (GPMI) designation is a plus.
  • Experience: Payroll processing experience in the UK, Austria, or the Czech Republic. US Payroll experience is a plus.
  • Skills: Generalist understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor legislation globally. Proficient in using payroll software and systems such as ADP, Workday, or similar platforms, and have proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
