Payroll Specialist

Portfolio Payroll Limited is seeking a highly skilled Workday Payroll Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the HR function, this role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Process a full start-to-finish payroll on a monthly basis using Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations.
- Administer all statutory deductions, including SMP, SPP, NI, and PAYE, in accordance with HMRC guidelines.
- Manage all year-end processes, including P60s and P11Ds, to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Prepare and submit HMRC returns, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Conduct payroll and HMRC reconciliations to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
- Administer benefits, including CCV, IFSTL, and cycle-to-work schemes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of Excel, utilizing it to analyze and present data effectively.
- Provide support with EMEA payroll, working closely with the global team to ensure seamless operations.
