Portfolio Payroll Limited is seeking a highly skilled Workday Payroll Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the HR function, this role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process a full start-to-finish payroll on a monthly basis using Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations.
  2. Administer all statutory deductions, including SMP, SPP, NI, and PAYE, in accordance with HMRC guidelines.
  3. Manage all year-end processes, including P60s and P11Ds, to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
  4. Prepare and submit HMRC returns, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  5. Conduct payroll and HMRC reconciliations to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
  6. Administer benefits, including CCV, IFSTL, and cycle-to-work schemes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  7. Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of Excel, utilizing it to analyze and present data effectively.
