Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and control quality and delivery on site
  • Manage and coordinate trades and deliveries
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with trades, customers, and external agents
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Contribute to the development of project plans and schedules
Requirements:
  • CSCS card
  • First Aid certification
  • Experience in a similar role
  • SSSTS or SMSTS certification
  • Good knowledge of NHBC standards
  • Strong commitment to health and safety
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ambitious and driven individual with a passion for delivering quality homes
