As the Assistant Site Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the recycling facility, ensuring the smooth running of all activities.
Be aware of and follow the Company's policies and procedures, with particular attention to standards of Health and Safety, Customer Service, and equality and diversity.
Review daily, weekly & monthly KPIs against target and discuss with the teams to ensure maximum performance.
Work towards taking ownership of the financial performance of the respective P&Ls for all business operations in your area of responsibility, to achieve budget targets.
IOSH/NEBOSH or Degree level qualification or equivalent.
Experience in Transfer & Commercial/Trade Waste Operations.
Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills.
