Position: Quality Assurance Technician

Overview:
Winsearch, a prominent player in the manufacturing sector, is on the lookout for a skilled Quality Assurance Technician to enhance our team as we continue to expand.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Quality Assurance Technician, your role will encompass the following:
  • Conducting initial inspections of products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Identifying quality-related issues and implementing effective solutions utilizing problem-solving methodologies such as 8D and 5WHY.
  • Documenting inspection results and generating Non-Conformance reports.
  • Managing all quality-related documentation to maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborating with clients to address and resolve any quality concerns or complaints.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and visualization, including the ability to create trend graphs.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance tools and techniques.
  • Capability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Experience in inspecting machined components.
