- Education and Qualifications: Degree in Food Science & Technology (or related) or 2 years' food industry experience in NPD, technical, or production functions.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Planning and Time Management: Excellent planning and time management skills, with ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in data analysis, MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams), and other relevant software applications.
- Driving License: Full, clean UK driving license, with flexibility to travel as required.
- Proactive and Results-Oriented: Proactive, hands-on, and eager to make an impact, with a results-oriented approach to quality assurance.
