Citrus Recruit is Excited to Recruit for a Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at a leading apprenticeship and training provider based just outside of Cardiff. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion through outbound sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve targets and drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to close sales and meet customer needs
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipeline
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in outbound sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
