### Job Title: Sales Development Representative

#### About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our team at Pareto. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for building a pipeline of sales opportunities for the company through generating new business via the phone, email, and social media.

#### Key Responsibilities

* Build a pipeline of sales opportunities for the company through generating new business via the phone, email, and social media
* Use a variety of tools and techniques, create outreach strategies for new lead generation
* Obtain an in-depth understanding of Pareto, their services, and the markets they operate in, in order to have valuable conversations with clients
* Act as the initial point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each individual customer moving forward
* Anticipate new business by keeping on top of industry trends and conducting market research to identify new opportunities
* Manage and maintain the company CRM system, ensuring all sales-related activity is input accurately and efficiently

#### Requirements

* Educated to degree level
* Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
* Positive, can-do attitude
* Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
* Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
* A genuine passion for technology
