Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced East Africa Travel Specialist to join our team at Antella Travel Recruitment. As a Senior Africa Travel Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing inbound enquiries, building relationships with new prospects, and working with international partners to design the right trip for them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound enquiries and build relationships with new prospects to increase sales and revenue.
  • Work with international partners to design and tailor trips that meet the needs and expectations of clients.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to prepare and present itineraries, explaining the choices made and how the trip aligns with the client's dreams, budget, and appetite for adventure.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the travel industry, with a focus on Tanzania, Kenya, and Uganda.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.

Requirements:

  • Extensive travel and tailormade experience within the travel industry, ideally selling Tanzania, Kenya, and Uganda.
  • Ability to develop rapport with high net worth individuals (HNWI's) and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Highly motivated and sales-focused, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Ambition to grow and develop within the company, with a desire to take on new challenges and responsibilities.

  • Base salary of £37,000 (negotiable based on experience).
