The Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled and compassionate Midwife to join the Florence Park Community Midwifery Team. This team is dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care to families in the Oxford area.
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and supportive environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care. The team offers antenatal and postnatal care at various GP surgeries, as well as providing care for homebirths, midwifery-led units, and the delivery suite.
Main Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with families, providing continuity of care and support throughout their pregnancy journey.
- Work independently, utilizing your skills and expertise to make informed decisions and provide high-quality care.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
