We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Midwife to join our team at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Midwife, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to women and their families throughout pregnancy, labour, and the postnatal period.
Key Responsibilities- Provide continuity of care, advice, and support to women and their families.
- Assess and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and support.
- Teach, motivate, and encourage high standards of practice among colleagues.
- Contribute to the management of the practice area and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Registered Midwife with current NMC registration.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
