The Opportunity:
We are seeking a motivated Telemarketer to become part of our rapidly growing events organization.
This position is perfect for individuals who excel in a remote work environment and are enthusiastic about engaging with high-profile clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist our Managing Director and sales team by reaching out to prominent corporations and affluent individuals, whether through cold calls or by following up on previous communications.
Who We're Looking For:
Outstanding Communicator:
Excellent telephone skills with the ability to establish rapport quickly with clients who may not be familiar with our services.
Cold Calling Specialist:
Demonstrated success and extensive experience in initiating cold calls.
Results-Oriented:
Achieve outcomes through attentive listening and asking thoughtful questions, rather than applying sales pressure.
Proactive Learner:
A positive attitude, eagerness to acquire new skills, and a resourceful, initiative-driven approach.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Pay:
£15 per hour (£29,250 based on a standard workweek - pro-rated for part-time roles)
Additional Bonus:
£100 for each client booking an event (OTE £25k-£30k annually)
